Simply place your order online and we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm availability, total price and the delivery time.

We are happy to take your order by phone

Call +852 2552 5534 from 10am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday and 11.30am to 6pm on Sundays (closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and first two days of Chinese New Year) and speak to our Web Manager who will gladly take your order. It means you don't have to carry bulky or heavy items home with you, and you can order presents for the kids when they're asleep.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you're unhappy with your order, we will gladly exchange the item or issue a store credit note. Simply visit any ELC store with the item unopened and in its original packaging and your original receipt.

Order in store, deliver to your door

If you decide you don't want to carry your shopping home, we can arrange for your toys to be delivered to your door.

Overseas orders will be quoted in an individual basis.
